Security systems firm wins fight for Sh1billion CBK tender


THE Central Bank of Kenya has been ordered to award a more than Sh1 billion security management system tender in the next three weeks. 
The orders were issued by the Public Procurement Oversight Authority after a security systems company Horsebrigde Networks lodged a complaint against the CBK over delays to award it the tender despite it emerging the winner of the hotly contested bid.
